Leadership development
A shared leadership vision that aligns with your values and strategy serves as the initial step on this journey. By empowering your leaders to foster connections within their teams and with individual team members, they can nurture an open and inclusive culture in which people feel valued, respected, and supported. Through their guidance, leaders can contribute to enhanced team performance and overall well-being.
Sustainable work design as a leverage for wellbeing & performance
Employees are more likely to find their work meaningful and motivating when tasks and responsibilities are optimally designed and organized. However, qualitative work design is often overlooked as a way of improving employee wellbeing.
Work design serves as the architectural blueprint and foundation for a thriving company.
Work characteristics in particular act as a crucial building blocks for helping people and performance thrive. A notable study by Humphrey, Nahrgang, and Morgeson in 2007 revealed that these characteristics play a massive role in various aspects of employees' experiences: work characteristics hold a remarkable 43% influence over different key outcomes (e.g. job satisfaction, turnover, organizational commitment).
This study underscores the significant impact that well-designed work can have on overall employee performance, job satisfaction, and the success of an organization.

We can guide you in designing or redesigning sustainable work within your teams or within your organization. With our expertise, we go through the analysis, design, and implementation phases with you. The analysis could take the form of a survey (explore our "surveys" package) or through one-on-one interviews with your managers and employees.
Our approach is based on the Job Demands - Resources model (Demerouti, Bakker, Nachreiner & Schaufeli, 2001; Schaufeli & Bakker, 2004) and work design theories developed by the Australian Future of Work Institute.

Together, we create an environment where your employees thrive and your organization reaches its goals and full potential.
